Will servicing with you void my manufacturer warranty?
No. According to EU block exemption rules (2003), as long as your servicing follows OEM schedules and uses equivalent quality parts, your warranty remains valid. The service details of your BMW and Mini will be updated as per BMW and Mini OEM specifications
Do you use genuine parts?
Yes — we use genuine BMW and Mini OEM parts or equivalent approved parts unless otherwise agreed. We always quote parts clearly.
Can I wait while you do the service?
Yes (if the service duration is short). For longer jobs we will need your vehicle booked in for the day.
What happens if additional faults are found?
We’ll notify you immediately and send you a no-obligation quote. You decide if you want us to proceed.
Do you offer MOT with servicing?
Yes — you can add MOT when booking your service.
